Website scope

This notice describes the public website at www.usechartergate.com. The website is informational and does not provide access to the CharterGate product.

Information you submit

The general contact form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, and message. The private-preview application may also ask for your role, a description of the workflow you want to test, the action that would normally follow approval, the source of authority or approval for that workflow, whether you have access to a Windows PC, optional comments, and an acknowledgement that you will not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party personal information. When present in the application URL, campaign parameters and the referring page may be copied into the submitted application so CharterGate can understand how applicants found the pilot. Netlify processes and stores form submissions as the website hosting and form provider. You may also contact CharterGate directly at usechartergate@gmail.com. The website does not provide account registration, file upload, or payment features.

How submitted information is used

Submitted information may be used to review and respond to an inquiry, assess whether a proposed workflow is a reasonable private-preview fit, manage pilot outreach, and understand interest in CharterGate. Submitting an application does not grant product access or create authorization for any workflow. Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party personal information through either form.

Cookies, scripts, and browser storage

The website does not use advertising scripts, third-party tracking pixels, or site analytics code that writes cookies, local storage, or session storage. The private-preview application uses a small first-party script to copy campaign parameters and the referring page into hidden form fields when available; it does not write browser storage.

Website analytics

CharterGate uses Netlify Web Analytics to understand aggregate website activity such as pageviews, unique visitors, top pages, referral sources, and general visitor locations. Netlify derives these analytics from its content-delivery and server logs rather than from a client-side tracking script. CharterGate does not use these analytics to make governance decisions, determine authorization, or perform any action on behalf of a visitor.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted by Netlify. Hosting, security, analytics, and content-delivery infrastructure may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, device or browser information, approximate location, referral information, and security logs as part of serving, protecting, and measuring the site.

Future collection

If accounts, uploads, payments, model-backed processing, or other data-collection features are added, this notice should be updated to describe that collection before those features are used.
